Staying injury free had always been a losing game of whack-a-mole, whether caused by running, gym or computer work, however, since practising the Alexander Technique with Rita, I’m free of aches and pains. Not being dictated to by discomfort in the neck and shoulder has led to a direct improvement in efficiency at work and a greater ease while running and training.
